Hello! My name is Arjuna, and I am one of the most famous cardiotonics in Ayurveda! I support heart health, strengthen the heart muscle, improve blood circulation and help lower blood pressure. In Ayurveda I am called Hridya Rasayana - Rasayana for the heart - a plant that rejuvenates and nourishes the heart, supports blood vessels and promotes longevity of the cardiovascular system.

My main benefits

I strengthen the heart and heart muscle. I am traditionally used to support the strength of heart contractions, heart endurance and its normal functioning.

I lower blood pressure. In Ayurveda I am widely used to lower blood pressure, especially in hypertension, stress load and excess Vata dosha.

I improve blood circulation. I help maintain healthy blood circulation, nutrition of the heart and blood vessels and effective delivery of oxygen to tissues.

I support healthy cholesterol levels. Traditionally I am used to support lipid metabolism, vascular health and prevention of atherosclerosis.

I support blood vessels and protect them from damage. I am rich in antioxidants, tannins and natural cardioprotective components that help maintain the health of the vascular wall.

I support recovery after heart stress. In Ayurveda I am used to support the heart during prolonged physical exertion, age-related changes, angina and decreased cardiac tone.

Arjuna bark

In fact, I am not the whole plant, but the inner bark of the Arjuna tree. It is the bark that is traditionally used in Ayurveda as Hridya Rasayana to support the heart, blood vessels, blood pressure and circulation. It contains natural antioxidants, tannins, flavonoids and other biologically active components that support the cardiovascular system.

Dosage

Usually I am taken 2 tablets or capsules 2 times a day for a tablet weighing 500 mg. In the case of using concentrated extracts, the dosage may be lower.

The exact dosage is prescribed by an Ayurvedic doctor or health specialist.

The exact dosage of the product of a particular manufacturer is indicated on the package label.
